All products Shop on will Ship within 24 working hours with our partner courier (Bluedart, Delhivery, express bees, Gati, DTDC etc) which will be available according to your service pin number in a secure packet and we request you not to accept the packet if it is temper or damage. We have Online payment gateway (Extra Rs.50 Off on Prepaid Order) to collect payment or if you place as COD (Rs.99 is applicable as COD Charge if your total cart value is less than 499) our courier partner will collect while delivering at your door step. If your pin code will be non serviceable then either order will be cancel or we will contact you for other options within 24 working hours. Please also ensure than Maximum Discount that anyone can get is 65% of MRP. If you will be found to manipulate our system to get More than 65% of MRP by any way it can be cancel and your account can be suspended.

Return Policy:

HaveLock has easy return policy. You can return products within 15 Days of delivery of items. HaveLock’s returns and exchange policy has been made very simple for the customers. You can exchange and return the HaveLock’s product only in case if they are in original condition with proper tags, labels and packaging and if it comes in returnable category. If you have shop 2 types of products one is returnable & other is non returnable than we will only take returnable products. For example suppose you buy one shirts & one sock and now you wants to return due to any issue than in this case we will return only shirt as it is applicable for return & sock is non returnable item so it will not return or exchange. And we will also not accept return if our team found that the motto of returning products is for financial loss to the seller so please cooperate us. There are two ways to return our product:

  1. Pick Up: Our agent will come to pick up the product if you have made a return request. Also,
    if it is an exchange request then the agent will come with another product and will pick up
    the older product from you.
  2. Self-Ship: There may be some locations at which we don’t offer pick up service. In such
    cases, we will credit the shipping costs in your HaveLock’s account and you have to share the
    scan copy of the courier receipt with us .
    Please note that exchange policy is applicable to the same product. In case if you want an alternative
    product then you will have to return it to obtain a refund and then purchase the new item separately.
    In case of self-ship or returns, please pack the item as delivered to prevent any loss or damage
    during transit.
    How to place a request for HaveLock?
    To place a return/exchange policy follow the given steps:
  3. Go to My Orders after log In to your account. Click Return/Cancel Request and follow the steps given on the screen. Select Return and note your Return Id. Keep the item ready that is to be returned.
  4. Please note that the return request can be sent in a limited period and after that, you are not allowed to return the product. The same format is applicable for exchange requests that can be found under My Order section. Keep your item ready after placing the exchange request on our portal. This method can be done through the app/website/Mobile site.
    Refund Policy:
    Once the pickup is done and we receive the product, we will initiate the refund in your same account from you have paid to us in case of online payment and in COD it will refund to your given account.
    Sometimes, it takes 3-7 business days to reflect the amount in your account. This may be a result of
    public holidays, banks delays or depending upon your bank partner.
    For a refund, NEFT may take 3 to 7 business days. However, HaveLock credit will be done instantly. If you
    have requested for an online refund, then it may take 7-10 days.
